MOHCD oversees many of San Francisco's affordable-housing programs and the city's affordable-housing lottery system.

2. DAHLIA — San Francisco Housing Portal

This should be one of the most important links in your TheBrokeFolks database.

DAHLIA is San Francisco's official affordable-housing portal. Residents can search available affordable rentals and apply for housing lotteries. The portal also has an eligibility estimator based on household size and income.
